Its audiovisual footprint should last months. That's the difference between covering and producing: covering is being there; producing is deciding what story will be told before the event begins.

We design the coverage from brand logic, not event logic. Multicamera, streaming if the client needs it, vertical content for social the same day, a long editorial piece for later campaigns. Everything is born from the same set, with the same team, with the same creative direction. When it's split, it shows.

One point of contact, several teams

We coordinate direction, production, camera, sound, DIT, editing and fast delivery from a single chain of command. A single point of contact for the client; specialist teams behind. The opposite, which is what usually happens with several suppliers, turns every minor decision into a meeting, and every meeting into a delay.

Multicamera coverage of a brand event produced by the studio.

Express edit vs editorial piece

On the day of the event we deliver a short 30-to-60-second summary so the brand has a social presence while the event is still hot. In parallel, the editing team works the long piece, delivered 5 to 10 days later. They're two different products with two different logics: one is journalistic, the other narrative. Mixing them gives mediocre results both ways.

Coverage starts before the event. By the time the event begins, the hard decisions are already made.

Sound: what sets a professional video apart from an amateur one

Image forgives mistakes; sound doesn't. An event well recorded in direct sound, with lavalier mics for the speakers and ambience captured separately, sounds infinitely better than the best colour over mediocre audio. That's why the sound technician is in the production plan from the start, not as an add-on service.

Permits, logistics and plan B

Venue permits, electrical plan, camera positions that don't get in the attendees' way, plan B if rain enters the scene, a call sheet with real timings. The client doesn't have to understand any of this, but they do have to be able to trust it's resolved before the first person arrives at the event.

Events aren't covered, they're built.
