In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD) and Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), users are informed that the controller of the personal data collected through this website, as well as by telephone or email, is Hicham Yousra Mellado, a professional operating under the trade name La Huella Studio.

Personal data collected
Through the registration forms on this website, the sending of emails or other means provided, personal data of each user are collected and processed as necessary for the management and maintenance of some of the services provided, and their processing is governed by this Privacy Policy.
The user guarantees that the personal data provided are truthful and is responsible for communicating any changes to them where necessary. If the user provides personal data of third parties, they must first inform the person concerned of the contents of this privacy policy.

Finally, once the above blocking periods have elapsed, the personal data will be securely erased in accordance with the data protection regulations in force.
All these periods are without prejudice to the obligation to block the data for as long as liabilities arising from the processing may be pursued under the legislation in force.

Legal basis for data processing

The engagement of La Huella Studio's services and the performance of the professional assignment requested, the terms and conditions of which will be made available to the user prior to any engagement. In order to carry out this requested professional relationship, the data subject is obliged to provide their data.
Free, specific, informed and unequivocal consent, since after reading this Privacy Policy the user is informed and, if in agreement, may accept it by means of a statement or a clear affirmative action, such as ticking the box provided for that purpose.
If the data subject does not provide the aforementioned data, or if the data are wrong or inaccurate, we will not be able to deal with their request, and it will be impossible to provide the information requested or to carry out the engagement of the services.
Therefore, the data controller, La Huella Studio, shall be released from any liability that may arise from the non-performance of the professional assignment or from the consequences arising from such inaccurate or erroneous information.
Data disclosure
As a general rule, La Huella Studio will not disclose these personal data to third parties, except where the provision of a service involves the need for a contractual relationship with a data processor and this is strictly necessary to manage and maintain the relationship between the user and the aforementioned company, with the user's prior express authorisation.
This will only be done for the time strictly necessary to enable the performance of the processing contract, and under the same conditions and with the same responsibilities as are required of the controller. Once the assignment is completed, the processor will return the personal data to the controller and delete any copies it may hold.
Furthermore, only third parties with whom La Huella Studio has a legal or contractual obligation to share them shall have the right to access these personal data, including, for example, the Ombudsman and the judges and courts involved in proceedings related to any complaints filed.

Rights of data subjects
The user may at any time exercise, under the terms established in the legislation in force, the rights of access, rectification or erasure of data, request the restriction of processing, object to it, request the portability of their data and withdraw the consent given — rights recognised in the aforementioned General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation 2016/679) and in Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights.
