Personal data collected
Through the registration forms on this website, the sending of emails or other means provided, personal data of each user are collected and processed as necessary for the management and maintenance of some of the services provided, and their processing is governed by this Privacy Policy.

The engagement of La Huella Studio's services and the performance of the professional assignment requested, the terms and conditions of which will be made available to the user prior to any engagement. As a general rule, La Huella Studio will not disclose these personal data to third parties, except where the provision of a service involves the need for a contractual relationship with a data processor and this is strictly necessary to manage and maintain the relationship between the user and the aforementioned company, with the user's prior express authorisation.
This will only be done for the time strictly necessary to enable the performance of the processing contract, and under the same conditions and with the same responsibilities as are required of the controller. Once the assignment is completed, the processor will return the personal data to the controller and delete any copies it may hold.
Furthermore, only third parties with whom La Huella Studio has a legal or contractual obligation to share them shall have the right to access these personal data, including, for example, the Ombudsman and the judges and courts involved in proceedings related to any complaints filed.
